In Dolby Vision, it is very important to make sure that the Color Encoding Primaries in the xml match precisely to the corresponding video essence, or Tiff/DPX files Color Primaries. The reason for this is so that the HDR graded source file(s) are mapped correctly down to the Target Display setting, or settings if more than one Target has been trimmed.
Color Corrector solutions
This is a typical issue of metadata which could cause encoding errors in the downstream.
Open the xml file with text editor, check the color primaries, modify them with the Dolby Vision Professional Tool Metafier if necessary.
Or, load the metadata and master file into Clipster/Transkoder/Cortex, fix the color encoding primaries and re-export metadata XML file.
